Hey everyone! I had such an exciting day (and its only 6:25am!)... I was hired to flock the Mayor for the City of Tampa this morning... and it made it on the tv news....

Thanks kathy! Good idea.. I'll post it again. AND - get this... I was dropping the kids off at school and I was listening to 970am wfla... and they called the Mayor on the radio.. to wish her a happy birthday on air.. and she said that she walked outside at 6am to get her newspaper.. and "almost fell over" when she saw her lawn filled with flamingos! So, it was on the radio too!

Yes, its been a completely crazy day.... and there's more!
SO - the main DJ lady for a VERY popular morning FM Radio show called the mayor at 8:45 this morning (remember.. this is now the 2nd radio station that's called her...) And the DJ tells the mayor happy birthday - - etc... then the DJ asks her "Mrs Mayor, do you know who Kelly Legg is??" and the mayor answers " Should I??" HA HA Then the radio DJ says - "Yeah, she's the one that put those flamingos in your yard!" So - don't know EXACTLY how Nancy Alexander (the DJ) knows me.... but my phone started ringing...... and.. its true I PUT the flamingos in... but the neighbor across the street ordered them and paid me to do it! Anyway... a whole bunch of people called me after that... and I'm hoping to get a voice file to download to my blog to keep it! It was hillarious! -------------------- Kelly Legg
